Code of Ethics

AI Digital Board of Directors builds decision-intelligence tools for executives. This Code of Ethics sets the standards we hold ourselves and the platform to.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Human accountability

AI Directors advise; people decide. Every recommendation requires a named human approver before it becomes an organizational decision.

No feature is designed to automate decisions affecting employment, safety, or legal obligations without human review.

2. Transparency

AI-generated content is labelled as such. Confidence levels, evidence sources, and assumptions are exposed alongside each recommendation.

Where data is missing or of low quality, the platform states that limitation instead of implying certainty.

3. Fairness and non-discrimination

Director personas may hold declared business biases (for example, cost-focused or growth-focused), but must never apply characteristics such as gender, nationality, religion, age, or disability as decision criteria.

4. Confidentiality and conflicts of interest

Company data is used to serve that company only. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use identifiable customer content to advantage another customer.

5. Responsible use by customers

Customers agree not to use the platform to mislead investors, regulators, boards, or employees, or to manufacture support for a predetermined conclusion.

6. Raising concerns

Suspected ethical breaches, harmful outputs, or misuse can be reported to us confidentially and are investigated without retaliation.
