The service is provided by QURTUBA TECH FOR PROGRAMMING. Questions about this agreement can be sent to support@aiboard360.com.

Paddle.com Market Ltd is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles the order, payment, taxes, invoicing and billing support, and appears on your card statement.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the platform you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you register.

2. The service

The platform provides simulated AI advisory directors, board meeting simulations, briefing and board pack generation, document analysis, KPI and data-source integration, decision records and action tracking.

Access is licensed on a subscription basis by plan, with a monthly allowance of AI credits. Features and allowances are described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details, for the security of your credentials, and for the actions of users you invite into your organization.

Access is scoped to organizations and roles. Owners and administrators control membership and permissions.

4. Fees, billing and taxes

Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually, and AI credit packs are charged as one-off purchases. Prices are shown excluding VAT or equivalent taxes, which are added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell the service, reverse engineer the models, or overload the infrastructure.

You must not use outputs to mislead investors, regulators, boards, employees or customers, and must not upload data you have no right to process.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the platform, software, director personas, prompts, templates and branding. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the service during your subscription.

You keep ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us the limited right to process them to operate the service and produce the outputs you request.

Subject to payment, you may use the generated reports, board packs and minutes for your own internal business purposes.

7. AI output and responsibility

Outputs are advisory and generated by AI models. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. See our Disclaimer for full limits, which forms part of these terms.

You remain responsible for verifying outputs and for all decisions taken.

8. Availability, suspension and termination

We aim for continuous availability but may perform maintenance and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms, and will normally warn you first where it is safe and lawful to do so.

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. On termination, access ends and data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the new version with a revised date; material changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after publication.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
