1. Plans and billing cycle
Three subscription tiers are offered: Essential, Executive, and Enterprise Board. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Annual billing is discounted against the monthly list price; the discount is shown before checkout.
2. AI credits
AI credits meter all generative work: director opinions, board meeting simulations, briefing and board pack generation, document analysis, and voice narration.
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Indicative consumption: a director opinion uses ~1 credit, a full simulated board meeting ~25 credits, a generated board pack ~15 credits, and one hour of voice narration ~10 credits.
Credits are deducted when the request completes. Failed requests are not charged.
3. Overage and top-ups
When the monthly allowance is exhausted, generative features pause until you buy a credit pack or the next cycle starts. No automatic overage charges are applied without your confirmation.
4. Taxes and currency
Prices are shown excluding VAT or equivalent indirect taxes, which are added at the applicable statutory rate based on your billing country.
5. Price changes
List prices may change with at least 30 days' written notice. Existing paid periods are never re-priced retroactively, and annual commitments keep their price until renewal.
